Lakeside stava usando il (unico) vialetto fuori dal mio complesso di appartamenti come parcheggio. Non male, il vialetto è molto ampio, quindi nessun danno. Di conseguenza è stato un po' difficile vedere il traffico in arrivo, ma ehi, ho scelto di vivere in autostrada, me ne occuperò ogni giorno. Sono nella "corsia" per fare la svolta legale a sinistra sull'autostrada (attraversa 2 corsie in direzione ovest, interrompi la doppia linea gialla, entra nella corsia di sinistra delle 2 corsie in direzione est di detta autostrada). In genere ho bisogno di aspettare circa 90 secondi per un'interruzione considerevole nel traffico per fare la svolta, ma non sono mai stato in grado di fare la svolta legale a sinistra. Ebbene, stamattina, un operaio edile di Lakeside ha deciso di essere mio genitore (perché non devo capire come girare a sinistra qui, essendo solo un adulto di 30 anni) o un agente di polizia (perché l'ufficiale fornito dalla Township non si incontrava gli standard di questo lavoratore) e sono salito davanti al mio veicolo. 5 minuti dopo è ancora lì, nessun traffico in arrivo. Quando abbasso il finestrino e gli dico che devo girare a sinistra, lui risponde dicendo che sta cercando di impedirmi di essere coinvolto in un incidente (di nuovo NESSUNO stava venendo da nessuna parte). Dico questo e lui risponde "bene, allora rompi la macchina". Sì, la detenzione illegale è molto professionale. Non consiglierei di utilizzare questa azienda poiché ovviamente non hanno rispetto per le persone con cui lavorano.
