Prima di tutto, la signora qui non risponde mai al telefono e nelle rare occasioni che lo fa, è estremamente poco professionale. Quando abbiamo organizzato il trasferimento dei nostri servizi nella nostra nuova sede, abbiamo concordato e fissato una data e un'ora specifiche e nessuno si è mai presentato. Quando le abbiamo fatto sapere che stavamo pensando di cambiare compagnia per la nostra nuova sede (dopo che i loro ragazzi non si sono mai presentati) si è messa fuori forma e ha provato le tattiche dell'ultimo minuto per cercare di farci stare con loro. Una volta che abbiamo ufficialmente cancellato e cambiato società, ha affermato che non abbiamo mai cancellato e ha CONTINUATO AD ADDEBARCI !! Inoltre, abbiamo continuato a ricevere chiamate nel cuore della notte (mezzanotte, 2:00, 4:00, ecc.) perché il loro dispositivo nella nostra vecchia sede (da cui siamo stati spostati da oltre TRE MESI ora) aveva la batteria scarica e non ha mai aggiornato le informazioni di contatto per i problemi dopo l'orario di lavoro (forse perché ci vengono ancora addebitati i costi)!! Abbiamo ripetutamente cercato di metterci in contatto con lei riguardo a questo problema e non ha risposto al telefono NÉ ha risposto alle nostre chiamate o e-mail. Attualmente stiamo seguendo le procedure legali appropriate con il nostro avvocato per affrontare i costi eccessivi (abbiamo la prova scritta che abbiamo annullato i nostri servizi) e per affrontare l'inconveniente di essere costantemente chiamati nel cuore della notte per un servizio che abbiamo t avuto in 3 mesi.
