Sono davvero deluso da kid kampus dopo tutto il feedback positivo che ho sentito. Nostro figlio è stato in grado di partecipare solo brevemente a causa di covid e la comunicazione con kid kampus da allora è stata a dir poco orribile. Ho inviato diverse e-mail con alcune domande per concludere la nostra connessione con Kid Kampus e non ho ricevuto risposta. Dopo aver atteso 6 settimane, ho deciso di chiamare e mi è stato assicurato che avrei ricevuto una chiamata lo stesso giorno. Ora sono passate quasi 4 settimane e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Sfortunatamente, questo non è un posto che consiglierei ai miei amici perché apprezzo la comunicazione, soprattutto da un asilo nido. Ci rimane la sensazione che kid kampus sia stato felice di accettare i nostri soldi e ora che nostro figlio non ha più potuto partecipare a causa di covid, non sono interessati a rispondere a nessuna domanda.

Mia figlia frequenta da quando aveva 6 settimane e ci hanno fatto sentire così amati e al sicuro. Ha imparato così tanto, ad esempio, la lingua dei segni all'età di 1 anno. Il personale è fantastico e adora il lavoro.
