Amherst è piena di società di gestione predatorie che si approfittano di proprietari assenti e studenti universitari ingenui: Kendrick è l'opposto di questo. Chiamali prima.

Kendrick gestisce il mio condominio nel centro di Northampton. Hanno preso il posto di un'altra agenzia circa un anno fa ed è stato estremamente positivo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Mantengono aperte le linee di comunicazione ei loro tempi di risposta ai problemi sono stati affrontati rapidamente e sempre in modo professionale.

Sono riuscito a ottenere un appartamento molto carino a Easthampton che è affittato e gestito da Kendrick Management Co. Non ho altro che recensioni entusiastiche per Kendrick; tuttavia, quando ho guardato l'appartamento ho dovuto passare attraverso Robinson Reality. L'agente ha trascorso 10 minuti con noi e ha addebitato $ 850 solo per fare domanda. Le ho chiesto di ritardare di un mese l'incasso del mio assegno (la sua estorsione) perché era novembre e con le vacanze di Natale ... non dovevo trasferirmi fino al primo gennaio.
Non solo ha incassato il mio assegno, ma non ha mai risposto alla mia richiesta di decenza.
Non solo ho pagato $ 850 ma $ 175 in spese di eccedenza dalla mia banca.
Ogni preoccupazione e domanda che ho avuto da quando vivo qui è stata affrontata e risolta da Kendrick, prontamente, rispettosamente e con ottimi risultati.
Sono completamente soddisfatto di Kendrick.

Stai lontano! Se potessi dare alla direzione zero stelle, lo farei. Hanno approfittato di mia figlia in età da college. Hanno affittato una casa che aveva una muffa orribile (abbiamo fatto un test dell'aria e un test del tampone). Hanno dipinto SOPRA lo stampo e hanno affermato che era stato riparato. Poi si sono rifiutati di rimborsare l'affitto che le era dovuto per i mesi in cui non poteva vivere lì mentre stavano risolvendo il problema perché, "Ci hai detto che non avevi intenzione di trasferirti lì fino ad agosto comunque". L'abbiamo trasferita in un appartamento molto più carino e SICURO ad Amherst. Questa azienda è losca e non dovrebbe essere in affari.
