Il mio agente immobiliare che ha più di 20 anni di esperienza è rimasto completamente scioccato dalla loro mancanza di professionalità e pratiche caotiche. Recentemente ho completato una transazione e sono l'impegno del venditore. Ecco cosa ho vissuto personalmente: 1) Mai inviato documenti in tempo. Il mio prestatore non sarà in grado di ottenere documenti fino a dopo aver richiesto 3-4 volte. 2) Sistema caotico. Ci sono voluti un'eternità per rispondere, ma hanno sempre richiesto risposte immediate da parte nostra. Invece di contattarci tramite e-mail ufficiale un paio di giorni prima della fine di Esrcow, un numero casuale mi ha appena inviato un messaggio chiedendomi la firma del documento lo stesso giorno. E il loro programma è sempre prenotato, il che non mi lascia altra scelta che soddisfare il loro programma. Hanno cambiato le istruzioni per il bonifico in garanzia e le informazioni cartacee che mi hanno consegnato sono sbagliate e hanno finito per darmi nuove informazioni sul bonifico bancario tramite e-mail, anche con errori. Questo è un grosso acquisto e ho dovuto controllare tre volte per assicurarmi che fosse una truffa! 3) cattive comunicazioni; avvertire, seguire, indicazioni chiare è un vero lusso. Non abbiamo mai sperimentato alcuna comunicazione professionale da parte loro. 4) Trascinando i piedi per pagarci l'affitto del venditore. Tutte le modifiche al contratto di locazione e affitto sono state firmate e sono state ancora trascinate dopo la chiusura di Escrow. Continuavano a cercare ragioni ridicole per non pagarci l'affitto del venditore. Ad un certo punto, volevo seriamente denunciarli per operazioni così cattive. Questa è la mia seconda esperienza di acquisto di una casa e, rispetto alla mia prima, è un inferno.

Per favore, se stai cercando di acquistare o vendere la tua casa, non occuparti di questo ufficio. non sono seri e faranno perdere tempo e denaro. Ed è esattamente quello che è successo quando abbiamo avuto a che fare con l'agente Noriko Yogo.
