Scrivo oggi (12/1/2020) per parlare delle numerose volte in cui sono stato nella nuova sede di Denton, # 39266, al largo di Ft Worth Drive. In 5 diverse occasioni, ho effettuato ordini e sono tornato a casa solo per scoprire che uno o due articoli non erano stati inseriti nel mio ordine che avevo pagato. L'ultima volta che è successo è stata questa mattina, quando ho effettuato l'ordine n. 1351 alle 6:10 per 3 ordini di "colazione 2 per $ 1,50". A causa della mia esperienza in questo luogo, ho controllato il bagaglio dopo aver ricevuto il mio ordine durante il viaggio. Mancava uno dei panini.
Non posso sottolineare abbastanza quanto sono stufo di questa posizione e del suo palese disprezzo per assicurarsi che gli ordini vengano consegnati ai clienti nel modo giusto. Una o due volte è un errore onesto, ma 5 volte nel corso di due settimane è inaccettabile.
Vorrei che qualcuno mi contattasse per risolvere questo problema in modo da sapere che è stato risolto con il personale di questa sede. Sono stufo di sprecare la mia benzina nel mio camion per voltarmi e andare a dire loro cosa hanno sbagliato.
Quando risolvono il mio errore, il mio cibo è freddo e mi chiedo anche per cosa ho pagato.
