La mia scelta di 1 stella è eccessiva. Motivo come segue;
Ho chiamato Lynne Werth per la prima volta per chiedermi se posso effettuare un deposito del costo del trasferimento poiché era molto più alto di quanto avevo previsto (era disposto a pagare il saldo durante il processo di trasferimento).
1) Ha risposto bruscamente di no e ha richiesto il pagamento completo prima di iniziare qualsiasi lavoro. Non è giusto!!!! Prenderò una decisione rischiosa qui.
2) Non ha potuto consigliarmi su quanto tempo impiegherà il processo perché non è iniziato alcun lavoro.
3) Ancora una volta ha avvertito bruscamente che avrei dovuto inviarle un'e-mail che avrebbe inoltrato ai registi se avessi richiesto uno sconto.
4) la fattura che avevo ricevuto conteneva dettagli minimi. Il venditore della proprietà era più informato e aveva spiegato il costo.
Sono sicuro che alla Johnston ci sono dipendenti che non sono così scortesi e poco professionali come Lynne Werth.
Non li consiglierei a nessuno nel prossimo o lontano futuro.
