In 18 anni di attività in palestra ho potuto acquistare un grande parco macchine come technogym, life fitness, panatta, visa e purtroppo anche matrix. Secondo me il peggio. Lasciati due pilastri dell'azienda come Volpe e un ottimo rappresentante come Spinozzi, negli anni il servizio al cliente, la disponibilità e la gentilezza sono andati scemando. Ho avuto grossi problemi con la macchina, ho sostituito le centraline e molte parti meccaniche, ultimamente ho solo fuso un motore. Assistenza maleducata come i rappresentanti. Consiglio vivamente questa azienda a tutti gli addetti ai lavori.
