Ciao, sono in Australia e ho acquistato due borsette Jimmy Choo on line. GROSSO ERRORE. Una delle borse è arrivata non era PER NIENTE confezionata, è stata gettata in una scatola e spedita, come nella foto, quando l'ho ricevuta il logo era tutto graffiato. Ho restituito la borsa a Jimmy Choo sentendomi molto deluso perché poi mi hanno informato che la borsa era esaurita e non potevo più avere questa borsa. Quindi ho dovuto accontentarmi di un rimborso, ora hanno deciso di rimborsarmi solo parzialmente, anche se è stata tutta colpa loro hanno scelto di farmi pagare $ 50 di tasse e dazi. Quindi, in breve, mi è costato $ 50 e tempo sprecato per ricevere un articolo di qualità scadente / danneggiato non imballato, numerose e-mail al team del servizio clienti, che spreco di tempo e denaro, negozi di lusso, NON LO PENSO.
