L'aria condizionata è spenta. Ancora. 4a volta in un anno. Nessun rimborso per altri alloggi. Non verrà riparato per almeno una settimana. NON ACCETTABILE!

Guardia di sicurezza diurna molto scortese. Ho fatto una consegna di cibo qui, il cliente è un cliente abituale e di solito viene a trovarmi al piano di sotto, quindi non ci dà il suo numero di unità. Oggi ho provato a chiamarla come faccio di solito, lei non risponde e la guardia di sicurezza ha chiesto molto sgarbatamente cosa può fare per me, ho spiegato la mia situazione e lui mi ha detto che dobbiamo agire insieme e mi ha rimproverato per non conoscere il numero di unità. Alla fine mi ha aiutato dandomi il suo numero di unità, ma non voglio mai più interagire con quest'uomo.

Le Jewish Towers sono ormai da diversi anni la residenza dei miei padri. Tutti i residenti si prendono cura l'uno dell'altro e si trattano come una famiglia. Ringrazio Dio per questa struttura.
