Il soffitto del mio bagno continua a cadere, perde sempre e loro vengono a ripararlo e poi perde di nuovo il giorno dopo la mia tolite tira a malapena lo sciacquone del mio lavandino e la vasca si blocca come se in realtà non stessero facendo un buon lavoro con questi tempi dell'appartamento andarsene

Incredibilmente poco professionale. Non rispondono a telefonate, messaggi vocali o e-mail. Per due settimane io e il mio coinquilino abbiamo cercato di contattarli e non hanno mai risposto quindi sono dovuto andare di persona e mi hanno fatto dimostrare che ho provato a contattarli perché non mi credevano e quando l'ho fatto hanno dato una scusa fasulla . Trascurano i dettagli e si caricano e si danno da fare per le piccole cose. Sono in ritardo nell'invio del conto ogni volta (era il 28 quando sono entrato e ancora non l'avevano nemmeno spedito quando il conto è dovuto il 1 °). Quando ci siamo trasferiti per la prima volta ci sono volute quasi due settimane (10 giorni) per darci QUALSIASI chiave, il broker ha dovuto dare a uno di noi il suo set personale da condividere tra tre persone con orari completamente diversi. Il giorno in cui ho firmato mi sono trasferito e non sono mai stato informato che si trattava di un trasloco anticipato e mi è stato addebitato un supplemento a mia insaputa. Se potessi valutarli più in basso lo farei.

Ho vissuto in uno dei loro appartamenti nel 1998 e l'intero edificio era infestato dai topi! Il super non riusciva nemmeno a trovare il gigantesco intero in bagno. Ho abbandonato l'appartamento con i mobili e tutto quello che c'era dentro e me ne sono andato

L'appartamento si trova in un ottimo edificio e posizione. Sfortunatamente, il manager della proprietà non comunicativo e grossolanamente incompetente, Maricruz Lora, ha lasciato cadere la palla troppe volte e abbiamo deciso di trasferirci. Sale nella ferita: dopo essersi trasferito, Jerome Mgmt ha ridotto l'affitto di $ 500. Spero che avrai un'esperienza migliore.
