The laundry service I used was good overall, but there were a few minor issues. They didn't deliver on time as promised and they forgot to return one of my items. Other than that, the quality of the service was acceptable.

I have used Jasmine laundry multiple times and I must say that their service is average at best. While they do get the job done, the quality is not consistent. Sometimes my clothes come back with stains or not properly ironed. I hope they improve in the future.
