Avevo bisogno di una barra di metallo tonda con dimensioni abbastanza specifiche per un progetto a cui stavo lavorando per il mio matrimonio. Ovunque guardassi mi richiedeva di acquistare l'intera barra più il lavoro di taglio, ma questi ragazzi hanno ordinato nel diametro giusto e mi hanno addebitato solo la lunghezza che avevo chiesto (in realtà mi hanno dato un secondo pezzo gratis). Gerald è stato molto disponibile al telefono e ha offerto suggerimenti su come portare avanti il progetto.
