Land Rover è orribile! Personalmente ho avuto a che fare solo con il Land Rover di Glen Cove e con i principali cortigiani delle aziende Land Rover. Ma quello che posso dirti è che tutti i discorsi che senti sempre sui land rover che si rompono SPESSO e non sono affidabili è MOLTO vero. Anche la società stessa non sta dietro le loro auto.
Io stesso possiedo un'edizione dell'autobiografia della Range Rover Sport. Da quando ho l'auto (nuova del 2011) le sospensioni hanno avuto numerosi problemi e sono dovuto andare in officina. A volte solo settimane dopo essere tornato fuori dal negozio. Anche la trasmissione ha avuto problemi negli ultimi 2 anni, ma il land rover sembra non riuscire a trovare il problema, quindi è ancora in corso. Ho avuto un problema in cui qualcosa nel mio motore ha bussato rumorosamente per tutto il tempo in cui avrei guidato, e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto aspettare due settimane prima che avessero spazio per me da portare in macchina. Ho discusso e mi hanno permesso di portarlo entro un giorno o due.
Ho anche avuto un problema per cui una volta, quando ho ritirato il mio veicolo dal servizio di land rover, il mio tetto apribile non si apriva. Abbiamo scoperto che il mio tetto si è ammaccato mentre ero in un negozio di land rover. All'inizio la Land Rover si è rifiutata di riparare i danni fino a quando non è intervenuta la BBB.
Il mio punto qui è che, se decidi di acquistare una land rover, preparati a tutte le spese extra che dovrai sostenere poiché ti sovraccaricano ESTREMAMENTE su ogni servizio o qualsiasi cosa fatta all'auto. Preparati anche a prendere una delle tante AUTO DIFETTOSE che la land rover vende alla gente e devi riportarla costantemente per le riparazioni (nel qual caso probabilmente finirai per andare in giro con un'auto in prestito (se addirittura te ne danno una) per una discreta quantità di tempo possiedi / noleggi il veicolo, vale molto meno dell'auto per cui stai pagando. Oh e soprattutto, preparati a NON ESSERE un "cliente stimato". Chiaramente non sto considerando che hanno ancora me in un veicolo che si guasta costantemente e non fa nulla al riguardo. Azienda orribile con un'orribile soddisfazione del cliente.

Il mio nuovo 2020 RR PHEV aveva la spia del motore accesa il primo giorno dell'acquisto e ancora accesa dopo 3 volte di nuovo al servizio di concessionario con parti di ricambio. Ora al servizio 4a volta e hanno detto che tutti questi modellini di auto nel mondo saranno richiamati per il nuovo software ibrido che sarà pronto in 6 settimane. 3 mesi dopo l'acquisto di una nuova auto molto costosa, non è stata né sostituita né rimborsata. Auto inaffidabile, servizio clienti orribile!!!
