Padroni di casa orribili! ... Si nascondono dietro un "manager" di ufficio inutile, pigro, arrogante e maleducato. Si limita a fare le pratiche burocratiche e dice "peccato" alle preoccupazioni degli inquilini. Ogni interazione che abbiamo avuto con lei è stata accolta con la minima preoccupazione o nessuno sforzo come mai. Ci siamo trasferiti 4 mesi prima della fine del contratto di locazione, solo per rimuovere noi stessi dalla situazione.

Prendere i soldi delle persone e trattenerli non è affatto giusto !!! Risolvi ciò che hai sbagliato, restituisci i soldi e avvia un'azienda onesta. Nessuno continuerà a venire da te se tutto ciò che fai è incastrare i soldi delle persone !!

Questa azienda dice che è una nuova costruzione ed è separata dalla parte del proprietario dell'azienda. Il che potrebbe essere vero, ma l'ufficio di noleggio non ti dirà chi è responsabile. Presumibilmente c'è un project manager che prende le decisioni. Non otterrai mai quel nome di project manager. Invece si ottiene un ufficio pieno di guardiani maleducati che sono completamente irragionevoli. Non affittare dall'azienda.

Non i migliori proprietari. Non aggiustano le cose di sicurezza finché qualcuno non si fa male.
