Avevo programmato dalle 8:00 alle 9:00 e alle 9:05 ho chiamato per vedere se stavano arrivando e mi è stato detto che avrei programmato dalle 9:00 alle 11:00.
10 minuti dopo che mi è stato comunicato un orario di arrivo diverso, ho ricevuto una chiamata in cui si diceva che il ragazzo programmato per uscire è in riunione e non sarà in grado di farcela. Ho chiesto al servizio clienti se avrei ricevuto una chiamata per dirmi questo se non avessi chiamato e lui ha detto "probabilmente no" WTH
Un supervisore avrebbe dovuto richiamarmi in 5 minuti ed eccoci qui a 45 min. Più tardi e ancora nessuna richiamata. Non consiglio questa compagnia.
