Sono rimasto molto deluso dal livello di qualità di questo avvocato di cui ho ricevuto rappresentanza legale da quasi un anno. La consulenza legale è inesistente. La comunicazione è incoerente. Gli errori vengono fatti con le scartoffie e la preparazione per il tribunale. Forse a causa del patrocinio a spese dello Stato, la qualità era scarsa / minima. Ma questo non è stato comunicato. Assegnato da un ente di beneficenza per gli abusi domestici, sono rattristato per la loro mancanza di comprensione riguardo agli abusi domestici. Forse è un problema di finanziamento e stanno cercando di finire un caso velocemente. In ogni caso, sii pronto a pensare e ad agire per te stesso, per non parlare di dover cercare errori da loro che dovrai correggere prima che causino problemi nel tuo caso.

Valuterei di meno se potessi. La donna che si è occupata del mio caso aveva un atteggiamento molto disinvolto e sono rimasta in sospeso ben oltre la data dell'udienza. Quando le ho chiesto perché non erano stati in contatto non ho ricevuto una spiegazione o delle scuse. Non consiglierei questo studio legale a nessuno. Hanno molto da migliorare da fare.

Erano scortesi, molto poco comunicativi e si comportavano sempre come se non gliene importasse di meno. Ho richiesto schermi durante la mia udienza e non li hanno ordinati; hanno detto al mio avvocato di presentarsi un'ora più tardi di me e così ho dovuto sedermi in una sala d'attesa da solo con il mio ex violento per un'ora; hanno archiviato le pratiche con il LAA in ritardo (diverse volte anche dopo avermi detto che l'avevano fatto quel giorno e poi è stato in effetti diversi giorni dopo), impropriamente, non mi hanno detto per diversi giorni e talvolta per niente - che il LAA ha richiesto informazioni (ho dovuto contattare la LAA io stesso per scoprirlo, e una volta erano passati quasi 14 giorni dalla loro richiesta; che è il termine per la ricezione delle informazioni richieste), e ad un certo punto ho mentito alla LAA sul rappresentarmi. Di conseguenza, ci sono voluti più di 3 mesi per ottenere il mio patrocinio a spese dello Stato e alla fine sono dovuto andare a un'udienza da solo senza alcuna rappresentanza. Sono stati aggressivamente offensivi quando ho cercato di parlare con loro dei miei problemi e mai una volta si sono scusati per la loro condotta e per quello che mi hanno fatto passare.

Sono stato assistito da Ismail & Co negli ultimi due anni e li ho trovati sia professionali che di supporto. Sia che questo mi dia consigli e mi rappresenti in tribunale. Consiglierei i loro servizi a tutti
