Abbiamo ricevuto un aiuto straordinario dal supporto tecnico Ioline per configurare il nostro plotter Ioline. Questi ragazzi hanno a cuore la cura del cliente. Consiglio vivamente i prodotti e l'azienda.

Possiedo un paio di queste macchine.
Ioline crystal studio: funziona MOLTO POCO e il programma è così mal progettato; il pulsante Annulla non funziona nemmeno su tutte le azioni.
Plotter Ioline: questa stampante sminuzza la carta. Ho avuto problemi con questo plotter dal primo giorno in cui l'ho acquistato. Un servizio clienti molto scortese mi ha detto che stavo immaginando tutti questi problemi solo per scoprire in seguito che ci sono effettivamente alcuni difetti di progettazione e ho scoperto un paio di problemi:
1. il peso dell'asta di alluminio è troppo leggero. Mi è stato detto di riempire con sabbia o cemento ... a quale peso non sono sicuro.
2. Il supporto della carta è stato posizionato su metallo e non c'era abbastanza resistenza. Una volta sostituita, la resistenza era troppo alta e la barra posteriore non scivolava verso il basso e si bloccava in alto.
La macchina è dotata di un lubrificante in modo che la carta rotoli meglio. Mi è stato detto che anche quello era un difetto e dovevo fermarlo.
Tutto sommato trovo che questa azienda non lancia un prodotto pronto per il mercato e risolto correttamente
