Azienda familiare ben gestita. Sono in attività da 40 anni. Molto reattivo. Ottimi servizi clinici. Aiutare i bambini nelle scuole e nelle case. Personale brillante e appassionato che cambia la vita in meglio. Responsabilizzare le famiglie colpite dall'autismo. Aiuta i bambini e le famiglie a raggiungere l'indipendenza e un'incredibile qualità della vita.

Il BT è stato buono con mio figlio, tuttavia la leadership è stata orribile per noi. Non riesco a credere che un posto come questo che dovrebbe offrire supporto e speranza ci abbia dato un servizio disorganizzato, scarsa comunicazione e alla fine anche più tristezza e impedimento di quanto mi sarei aspettato. Non sono stati in grado di fare un piano personalizzato per mio figlio e hanno cercato di costringermi a trattenere l'affetto e usarlo come incentivo. Quando ho detto che non ero a mio agio con quel piano, mi hanno detto che non avrebbero più lavorato con il mio dolce ragazzo appena diagnosticato un grave autismo quest'anno. Questo è stato il primo posto in cui sono andato poiché la mia assicurazione diceva che era una loro scelta, ora che sono più informato, ho trovato altri fornitori ABA che non sono d'accordo con quello che abbiamo passato con Intercare Therapy e siamo sulla buona strada per trovare la misura giusta per noi. Quindi, se posso ringraziarli per qualcosa, è la scarsa esperienza che mi ha portato a trovare la misura perfetta. Non consiglierei mai questa azienda e ho trasmesso quello che mi è successo al mio consiglio di amministrazione della comunità, ai social media e ai gruppi di supporto dei genitori autistici. Spero che nessun altro genitore debba mai affrontare tutto questo oltre alle nuove sfide che già devono affrontare.
