NON ACQUISTARE DA QUESTO AFFARE !!!! Negli ultimi 10 anni sono stato nel settore della cristalleria e la mia azienda ha ordinato alcune volte da Instawares ed è di gran lunga la peggiore azienda con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare. Il loro servizio clienti, principalmente Nancy e Michael, è così orribile e sono molto irrispettosi. Avevo bisogno di restituire la merce che mi era arrivata in pessime condizioni e si sono rifiutati di aiutare e hanno dichiarato di non volere la mia attività. Ho anche chiamato una volta e Michael ha avuto il coraggio di dire molto velocemente che non mi stavano aiutando e ha letteralmente riattaccato il telefono! Mi ha riattaccato. Non forniscono mai il monitoraggio e non sono mai disposti ad aiutare. Ci sono un sacco di altre aziende di articoli in vetro da cui puoi acquistare - STAI LONTANO DA QUESTO POSTO !!!! Libbey Outlet a Toledo è più economico e offre anche spedizioni più economiche.
