La nostra chiesa è guidata dal pastore Michael Dean, che serve la nostra congregazione dall'agosto 2017. Porta con sé oltre due decenni di esperienza pastorale e la passione per la condivisione dell'amore di Dio con gli altri.
Oltre ai nostri regolari servizi di culto, Inman First Baptist Church offre molti altri programmi progettati per aiutare i membri a crescere nella loro fede e connettersi tra loro. Questi includono studi biblici, gruppi di preghiera, viaggi di missione sia a livello locale che all'estero, nonché vari programmi di sensibilizzazione che servono i bisogni della nostra comunità.
Uno di questi programmi è il nostro Food Pantry che fornisce assistenza alimentare ai bisognosi nell'area locale. Abbiamo anche un ministero delle donne attivo che ospita eventi durante tutto l'anno, inclusi ritiri in cui le donne possono riunirsi per la comunione mentre si avvicinano di più a Dio.
