Ho chiamato più posti per preventivi su un progetto molto piccolo (Half Pipe coping) 2 "scheda 40 acciaio nero in (2) porzioni da 12". Ogni posto che ho chiamato lo ha venduto con incrementi di 10' o 21' che mi costringerebbero nell'acquistare (2) sezioni da 21 "e averle tagliate a 12". Inutile dire che ovunque ho chiamato volevo almeno $ 200 e ho avuto un servizio clienti orribile. Poi mi sono messo in contatto con Nate dal reparto vendite di Industrial Tube and Steel che era estremamente gentile ed è stato in grado di vendermi incrementi di 12' senza dover acquistare tutto lo scarto.
