MBS ha bisogno di personale di servizio che possa effettivamente lavorare sulle apparecchiature che vendono o noleggiano. Con oltre 20 chiamate di assistenza alla nostra azienda dalla tua azienda in un periodo di 2 anni per effettuare riparazioni con cerotto su una macchina Konica / Minolta Biz Hub, abbiamo perso la pazienza e ci siamo arrabbiati. A tua volta hai annullato il tuo contratto e ci hai lasciato con una macchina che dobbiamo pagare 6 mesi di canoni di locazione perché il tuo contratto con la società di leasing richiede 120 giorni di preavviso per annullarlo o si rinnova automaticamente.

Il personale dell'ufficio, il direttore delle vendite e il direttore generale sono stati tutti molto difficili da comunicare e si rifiutano di assumersi la responsabilità di venderci una macchina difettosa.

Mi assicurerò di raccontare questa esperienza a chiunque sia interessato a un'azienda di fornitura di apparecchiature per ufficio e suggerirò caldamente di evitare MBS
