Ho lavorato con ICI nel corso di circa 6 mesi dopo la laurea. Stavo cercando di trasferirmi a Chicago e sono stati molto comprensivi riguardo alla distanza e hanno organizzato un colloquio su Skype per farmi entrare. Sono stati anche molto bravi a darmi un avvertimento sui lavori temporanei disponibili, quindi ho avuto tutto il tempo per assicurarmi di poter essere a Chicago per prenderli.
Ho avuto circa 5 colloqui con alcune aziende prima di trovare un posto fisso. Ce n'erano alcuni che erano un po' al di fuori della mia area di interesse, ma Brian Jones (l'agente con cui ho lavorato) è stato molto bravo a chiarire che sapeva che non era una corrispondenza perfetta ma che voleva che fossi consapevole di ogni possibile opportunità. L'ICI ha anche dato alcuni consigli piuttosto solidi su cosa dire in ogni intervista.
Alla fine, ho trovato un posto fisso in una grande azienda. Mentre suggerirei sicuramente che i cercatori di lavoro continuino a cercare lavoro da soli, gettare il cappello con ICI è una scommessa abbastanza buona.

Sono stato assunto da ICI negli ultimi 4 mesi e devo dire che è una delle migliori agenzie di personale che abbia mai incontrato! Il personale è cordiale, accogliente e accomodante. Il loro staff mi ha accolto a braccia aperte e per quanto stressante possa essere la ricerca di lavoro, ha reso il processo del colloquio non così spaventoso e faticoso, pur mantenendo una mentalità e un modo di fare le cose professionali.

Non importa se sei nuovo nella ricerca di lavoro o è la tua seconda volta, il personale ICI lavora in modo professionale e diligente per portare risultati rapidi. Consiglio vivamente di contattare l'ICI se siete alla ricerca di lavoro, non me ne pento e confido che non lo farete neanche voi!
