I stumbled upon this bakery during my visit to Istanbul and I'm glad I did. The pastries here are exceptional. I loved their pistachio rolls and honey cakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak hours, so try to visit early. Overall, a great bakery with delicious treats.
The pastries from Incisu pastanesi are absolutely delicious. I tried their baklava and it was outstanding. The layers were thin and crisp, and the filling was sweet and flavorful. The pistachios on top added a nice crunch. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some amazing Turkish sweets.
