Avanti veloce, è il giorno prima che inizi, ancora non mi è stata data alcuna informazione su come entrare nell'edificio (accesso con chiave magnetica) senza una chiave magnetica, quindi contento ancora una volta hunter hollis per cercare di ottenere di più informazioni, e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto già ricevere quelle informazioni e si assicureranno di avermele per e-mail entro la prossima ora ..... aspettato un'ora. Non ho mai ricevuto un'e-mail. Ho contattato di nuovo Hunter Hollis per fargli sapere che non avevo ancora ricevuto un'e-mail. Hunter hollis non ha comunicato all'interno di loro no comunicarmi come dipendente o fornirmi le informazioni che dovevo ricevere come dovrebbe fare un giocatore di squadra e da me evidenziare un punto debole su cui il team deve lavorare. Non sono considerato il giocatore di squadra. Chi non sono davvero i giocatori della squadra .. le persone che non possono comunicare come una squadra, o la persona che ha sottolineato la mancanza di comunicazione per aiutare la squadra a rendersi conto di un errore? Ho avuto un incontro molto carino con Christina McCarty ... così ho pensato.
Dopo il nostro incontro non ho più sentito la signora McCarty; anche se ho inviato innumerevoli e-mail e numerose telefonate; che è andato tutto a una casella vocale senza nome.
Sembrava che Hunter Hollis fosse un'agenzia rispettabile. Infatti, la signora McCarty mi ha telefonato e mi ha chiesto se potevo andare a incontrarla sulla base del mio curriculum online. Tuttavia, la sfacciata, palese, mancanza di rispetto è stata estesa a me attraverso la comunicazione non verbale e il follow-up.
Sono una donna afroamericana professionale, istruita e ben organizzata sopra i 30 anni ... Non sono sicuro se questo fosse un fattore; ma avrei almeno rispettato l'opportunità della loro risposta di dirmelo o di comunicare qualsiasi altro problema che potrebbero aver avuto ...
