Hanno impiegato un mese per contattare mio marito in merito al servizio di supporto tra pari. Hanno programmato una valutazione con lui su Zoom, ma non gli hanno mai inviato un collegamento o alcuna informazione. Ha dovuto chiamare il giorno del. Poi lo hanno accoppiato con qualcuno totalmente incompatibile, che ha 20 clienti e passerebbe del tempo con lui solo per 2 ore una volta alla settimana.
