Il minimo che potrei fare a questo punto è far sapere agli altri consumatori il tipo di azienda con cui hanno a che fare quando ordinano da Howden.

Questa azienda sta cercando di costringere i propri dipendenti a indossare un nuovo tipo di cappuccio per saldatura non imposto dagli standard OSHA. È noto che questa apparecchiatura causa lividi, difficoltà respiratorie, difficoltà nello svolgimento dei compiti, ecc. L'azienda ha minacciato di licenziare chiunque si fosse rifiutato o addirittura si fosse lamentato. Sebbene molti dipendenti si lamentino dell'attrezzatura, non dicono nulla per paura di perdere il lavoro, poiché alcuni sono già stati licenziati per aver espresso le loro lamentele. Questa azienda mostra una cattiva gestione e trattamento dei propri dipendenti e mostra un completo disprezzo per la loro sicurezza e capacità di svolgere il proprio lavoro poiché questa apparecchiatura ha chiaramente i suoi problemi e l'azienda si rifiuta di agire IN MODO CORRETTAMENTE su tali questioni. Consiglio di portare la tua attività in un'azienda che tratta i loro dipendenti meglio di un branco di topi.
