Questo posto è orribile ... ci sono stato per un anno e 3 mesi e ho visto così tante cose lì che penseresti di vivere nei progetti. Ho visto circa 5 diversi operatori del caso perché continuano ad andarsene. Quindi pensi di ottenere qualcosa, ma poi fai cambiare una nuova persona e devi ricominciare da capo. Il personale può davvero non badare a te. Sebbene sia stato lì per così tanto tempo, il case manager mi ha disconnesso dalla mia stanza dopo che le avevo chiesto 2 settimane prima del giorno in cui avevo bisogno di un pass per il fine settimana per me mia figlia di 11 anni e mio figlio di 11 mesi .. ha detto me ok ma devo aver dimenticato così quando sono rimasto fuori per due giorni mi ha disconnesso. E invece di dire oh, mi dispiace, lascia che lo aggiusti .. lei mi fa riportare mia madre di 60 anni, mia figlia e mio figlio sul sentiero di un giorno sotto la pioggia. Intendiamoci, ho ancora tutti i miei vestiti lì, carne sul cibo laggiù, i miei figli grandi casse di latte tipo come faccio a riportare indietro quella roba Non ho macchina senza soldi per un taxi smh. È triste perché quando sei arrivata la prima volta ero incinta che lavorava e dato che sono così disorganizzate avevo mio figlio n ancora lì, sta per essere un anno ormai
.. sii sicuro di leggere tutto e conoscere i tuoi diritti perché questo rifugio qui fa davvero le cose per farli sembrare belli .. per far sembrare che stiano trasferendo le persone quando in realtà non sono lì da 3 anni
