Se potessi dare a Jeff e al suo equipaggio 100 stelle, lo farei. Abbiamo una piccola baita familiare di 70 anni, costruita in 3 fasi, che era sull'orlo del collasso. Furono chiamati appaltatori, il consenso generale era che non fosse necessario sventrare, ma demolire e sostituire. Fondamentalmente irreparabile e uno spreco di denaro. Jeff è venuto a comprare numerose volte per esplorare diverse opzioni, il problema era che la maggior parte dei membri della famiglia voleva salvarlo per motivi sentimentali (risale a 6 generazioni), E avevamo un budget estremamente limitato. Jeff ha escogitato un piano e ha deciso di provarlo. Non solo è arrivato in tempo pronto per il trasloco, ma ha dovuto affrontare diverse sfide nel budget. La comunicazione è stata eccezionale per tutto il tempo, cosa non facile visto che l'amministratore è in North Carolina, io sono in Georgia e molti membri della famiglia in Illinois, Ohio, ecc. Dal ritorno delle telefonate iniziali alle telefonate settimanali e talvolta giornaliere, ha affrontato tutti i problemi. Qualità ... di nuovo, incredibile !! Dovevano sostituire tutto ... tetto, travi, rivestimenti, muri, fondamenta, finestre, porte, impianti idraulici, elettrici, soffitti, spostare muri interni, affrontare problemi di muffa e marciume. E, cerca di mantenere l'atmosfera originale dell'edificio. Niente era a filo, a livello, squadrato o a piombo. L'hanno fatto TUTTO a palate. Può sbattere sul soffitto e saltare sui pavimenti. Installato favolosi nuovi pavimenti, armadi, armadi, mensole, finiture, camino elettrico con splendidi bordi in pietra, avanti e indietro. Hanno mantenuto tante caratteristiche originali e riproposte per amore del sentimento. Avrebbe dovuto filmare l'intera cosa, avrebbe potuto essere Maine Cabin Builders in Wisconsin. Professionale, amichevole e di alto livello di integrità. Se non hai indovinato, lo consiglio vivamente. Vorrei solo che avessero costruito torri Internet qui in modo da poter pubblicare le foto!
