Poco deluso da HLS. Sono andato a noleggiare uno scooter per muovermi meglio per il mio #RSD / #CRPS. Mi serviva lo scooter per una settimana per un viaggio che stiamo facendo. Il costo di una settimana era di $ 100, se lo riportavo con un giorno di ritardo, cosa che stavo per fare, andavo a un'altra settimana di noleggio a $ 100. L'intero mese di affitto è stato di $ 225; quindi sono stato costretto a spendere $ 125 in più per un giorno di utilizzo "extra" a causa della non ripartizione proporzionale del noleggio. Ritengo che questo dovrebbe essere rivisto per servire meglio un cliente che ha bisogno di un articolo medico per le ADL (Attività di Dailiy Living). HLS è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'altro problema che ho avuto è stato non ricevere mai indietro il mio deposito da un paio di stampelle che ho noleggiato da loro.

Esperienza orribile cercando di ottenere un tiralatte! Il personale dice di aver provato a chiamare per farmi sapere informazioni ... non ha mai ricevuto una chiamata persa o un messaggio vocale da detto numero. Ho aspettato due settimane il mio tanto necessario tiralatte solo per chiamare e scoprire che non hanno mai nemmeno inviato il mio ordine. Quando ti fidi del personale che si prende cura di qualcosa per te e non viene fatto, è esasperante. Mi ci sono voluti due minuti per inviare il mio ordine online ... sarebbe stato bello sapere che era un'opzione fin dall'inizio. Ora aspettano altri 7-10 giorni. E il mio bambino ha quasi un mese. Pompare manualmente esclusivamente per un mese è un incubo, grazie per niente HLS.

Ho avuto bisogno di cose da loro ripetutamente per un periodo di 2 anni per problemi ai piedi. Tutti sono stati estremamente utili e di supporto!
