Questo posto è assolutamente orribile. Dopo essere stato passato a quattro persone diverse per appuntamenti per fissare appuntamenti, il tempo in cui avrei dovuto incontrare il "coach di recupero" (che a quanto pare dovrebbe essere quello che è utile), non solo è passata da me per metà ora, ha poi parlato con una donna a caso nell'area di attesa discutendo di come aveva bisogno di fissare un appuntamento e poi ha proceduto a riportarla nel suo ufficio. Dopo aver aspettato 45 minuti. Il nome di questa "coach di recupero" è Rachel e non solo mi sento peggio dopo essere andata in questo posto, mi sento arrabbiata.
