Mi ha fatto pagare troppo! Quantità eccessive 400 per cento di Medicare. Ho cercato di contestare il reclamo negli ultimi sei mesi e mi hanno messo in attesa e non rispondono alle telefonate. Non tornerò in questa struttura per alcuna cura.

Mia figlia è andata al pronto soccorso Gallatin per forti dolori come il suo dottore aveva suggerito. È stata messa in una stanza senza coperte, senza cuscini, senza pulsante di chiamata (ha chiesto una coperta e non le è mai stata data). Quando ho portato questo all'attenzione del dottore, lei ha semplicemente annuito. Le hanno detto che avrebbero iniziato a prendere i liquidi, e dopo 4 ore non l'hanno mai fatto. Il campione di urina che ha dato non è mai arrivato in laboratorio. Si sono offerti di prendere un altro esemplare.

Ora mi rendo conto che il pronto soccorso non è un hotel e ci sono persone con ferite gravi e potenzialmente letali ea volte bisogna aspettare. Lo capisco. Quello che non capisco è la totale mancanza di empatia. Il dottor con cui ho parlato è stato molto brusco e sprezzante. Potrei anche lasciarla scivolare, SE avessero fatto qualcosa per aiutarla. Invece è stata rimandata a casa con la promessa di chiamarla con un appuntamento per un'altra procedura. Questo pronto soccorso manca completamente in molte aree!
