Se non hai un'estrema pazienza e nient'altro a che fare con il tuo tempo, NON cercare di ottenere assistenza da questa organizzazione. La difficoltà nel prendere / confermare gli appuntamenti è ridicola. Sicuramente possono trovare un modo migliore per servire le persone che stanno già lottando.

La nostra azienda è passata a un'altra società di gestione. Non è stata una mia decisione. HealthSmart ha rifiutato di elaborare ulteriori reclami e ha iniziato a negare tutti i reclami affermando che la nuova società di gestione avrebbe dovuto elaborarli. HealthSmart era già stato pagato per elaborare queste richieste per il periodo di tempo in questione. Non sono riusciti a fornire TUTTE le informazioni alla nuova società di gestione e si rifiutano di fornirmele.

Solo perché hai perso l'attività non significa che dovresti comportarti da infantile. Durante questa transizione ho sperimentato la condotta assolutamente peggiore che abbia mai visto da qualsiasi azienda.
