Dopo un periodo di 5 settimane che prevedeva un'intervista telefonica, 2 interviste di persona e una seconda intervista, non ho ricevuto alcun feedback. Non riesco a contattare Recruiter o HR Manager.
Il rispetto è una strada a doppio senso. I potenziali dipendenti meritano di meglio. Se non sei interessato, non trascinarli per costruire speranza, solo per deluderli. Un po 'di empatia fa molto. Investisco così tanto tempo e impegno e persino finanze nella preparazione delle tue interviste. Una volta che un candidato concede il proprio tempo per essere intervistato. Meritano feedback. Niente scuse! Non lasciare i candidati in sospeso. Per 6 settimane per motivi di assunzione in sospeso. Perché cerchi persone che lavorino se il tuo progetto sarà sospeso.
