La stanza era gelata 11 c. Abbiamo dovuto accendere il radiatore. Solo uno in una grande stanza con soffitti alti.
Finestre che lasciano passare le correnti d'aria.
La seconda stanza non poteva accendere il riscaldamento. Fu chiamata la manutenzione e la stufa si era fusa.
Il portasciugamani in bagno aveva un timer di 2 ore. Abbiamo nuovamente dovuto accenderlo per riscaldare un bagno estremamente freddo. Al mattino stava di nuovo gelando.
Nessuna luce sul lavandino del bagno.
Rubinetto freddo nel lavabo allentato.
Acqua calda pericolosamente bollente.
Nessun aspiratore funzionante in bagno.
La pressione dell'acqua è estremamente scarsa. Difficile usare il soffione a pioggia per una temperatura confortevole.
Le bustine di tè non sono state rifornite o il rotolo di carta igienica. Le stanze non sono state aspirate. La pulizia sembra essere un problema e molto preoccupante soprattutto a causa di COVID-19. Abbiamo trovato la camera sporca al nostro arrivo e il personale delle pulizie non conosce lavoro.
Il copriletto non è stato stirato. Molto sgualcito e di nuovo si sentiva umido.
Arredamento generalmente molto squallido. Affinché una donna si asciughi i capelli o si trucchi, uno specchio su una toletta con nient'altro che una luce molto fioca dal soffitto. Stanza pianificata molto male nel complesso. Hai bisogno di idee femminili per quanto riguarda il posizionamento di illuminazione, prese di corrente, decorazioni, ecc.
La colazione in entrambi i giorni è iniziata bene. In entrambi i giorni abbiamo chiesto più toast da mangiare con la nostra colazione cucinata. Avevamo finito la nostra colazione il primo giorno prima dell'arrivo del toast. Il secondo giorno abbiamo nuovamente chiesto più toast e un'altra tazza di tè. Prima che arrivasse abbiamo rinunciato ad aspettare e abbiamo lasciato il ristorante.

Promesso un rimborso a causa della cancellazione nella situazione attuale. Preso quasi 600 libbre dei nostri soldi e non è stato pagato nulla. Evita questa compagnia.

Se questo è il tipo di persone che impieghi sono scortesi e ignoranti, come residenti abbiamo messo infinite lamentele perché non è stato fatto nulla !!! Tutto ciò che otteniamo è che hai a che fare con l'uomo più ricco di Christchurch !! Quindi è così che corri sconvolgendo i residenti ??
