Non avevano alcun interesse a citare, fare domande, inserirmi in una lista da contattare in seguito o rileggere la mia email quando ho segnalato gli errori nella loro stessa aritmetica.
Non ho mai scoperto chi inviava email per conto dell'azienda e spero di non farlo mai.
Non riesco a immaginare un'attività con un servizio clienti così terribile in giro per molto più tempo, lo eviterei.

TradottoHo sprecato una mattinata di ferie per fare un sondaggio per una nuova caldaia. Li ha raccomandati l'uomo del gas che ha condannato la mia caldaia. Ha detto che si occupavano di sovvenzioni e che potrei qualificarmi per qualcosa per il costo, anche se lavoro a tempo pieno. Sapevo che avrei dovuto pagare dei soldi perché ho una vecchia caldaia posteriore, quindi una nuova dovrebbe andare in una posizione diversa.
Il tizio che ha fatto il sondaggio chiaramente non era contento dei miei piani di volerlo in bagno: l'armadio arieggiato era la sua preferenza! Mi dispiace, ma se pago, lo avrò dove voglio grazie.
Allo stesso tempo hanno anche fatto un preventivo per l'isolamento del loft. Questa citazione l'ho ricevuta rapidamente, ma ho dovuto chiamarli per inseguire la citazione della caldaia.
È stato allora che mi è stato detto che le regole erano cambiate e ora era un requisito che fosse installato l'isolamento del pavimento (questo non era menzionato nella consultazione iniziale) per ottenere qualsiasi tipo di sovvenzione per il costo. Mi è stato detto che avrebbero potuto inviare un'e-mail per ricontrollare queste informazioni e che sarebbero tornati da me. Questo è stato 2 settimane fa ora.
Sono stato senza caldaia per un mese, quindi ho prenotato l'installazione con un'altra azienda.
