Una buona organizzazione ma questa posizione aveva il personale più scortese con cui abbia mai avuto il dispiacere di trattare

Ho preso un appuntamento per donare dei bei mobili in legno, sono venuti a casa mia, si sono rifiutati di prendere nessuno dei miei oggetti perché ho un gatto e sono usciti immediatamente. Non hanno passato nemmeno 30 secondi a casa mia e non hanno guardato affatto gli oggetti. Nessuno mi ha detto al telefono nessuna delle volte che ho chiamato che non possono accettare donazioni da case con animali domestici. Ho dovuto lasciare i miei oggetti di donazione davanti al cassonetto perché è l'ultimo giorno del mio contratto di locazione. Era un mobile di legno pulito e avrebbe potuto andare da qualcuno bisognoso. Un vero spreco. Se fossi stato informato della regola del divieto di animali quando ho chiamato per fissare l'appuntamento, avrei avuto il tempo di prendere altri accordi per i miei articoli.
