Non ho detto nulla di offensivo su Patsy, le ho solo fatto sapere che è difficile capirla a causa del suo accento. Quando mi ha mandato da Clark, che è un supervisore, le stavo dicendo con calma il problema e la risposta di Clark è stata "cosa vuoi che faccia". Seguito da Clark che mi riattacca in faccia. Ho richiamato e sono stato riattaccato. Alla fine ho chiamato e ho lasciato le mie informazioni di contatto all'addetto alla reception da dare al supervisore Clark. La receptionist continua a litigare prima di prendere le mie informazioni. Questo dovrebbe essere un'organizzazione no-profit sulle opere di beneficenza. Sono deluso dalla mancanza di professionalità.
