Un po 'difficile da togliermi, ma il personale ha più che compensato.

Abbiamo avviato un reclamo il 26 gennaio 2021. Non abbiamo ancora risposte su cosa verrà sostituito poiché abbiamo avuto una perdita d'acqua. Abbiamo chiamato e nessuno risponderà alle nostre chiamate. Capisco che alcune delle responsabilità ricadano sul perito che ci è stato nominato, è stata inutile. Non rispondere alle telefonate, dicendo che le cose non erano danneggiate e rimuovendole dal preventivo che abbiamo finalmente visto 2 settimane fa. Non consiglierei a nessuno di usare questa compagnia se si aspetta risposte o aiuto quando si hanno problemi! Sono una grande delusione. Una volta terminato il rinnovo, siamo fuori!
Se presto non otteniamo una risoluzione, presumo che un avvocato dovrà essere coinvolto come ho fatto io!

L'azienda non risponde alle chiamate. Una semplice richiesta approvata che richiede più di 5 mesi per essere pagata. Azienda che hanno assunto per rimuovere l'oggetto rivendicato, rubato dal cortile.

Abbiamo annullato l'assicurazione a marzo, quindi questa compagnia ha inviato una lettera per addebitarci l'importo a maggio.
Poi abbiamo notato che lo scorso marzo abbiamo detto loro di acquistare l'assicurazione camper da marzo a ottobre, ci hanno dato un'etichetta per camper fino a ottobre, tuttavia, ci hanno addebitato da marzo dell'anno scorso a marzo di quest'anno.
Li ho chiamati molte volte, nessuno ha risposto al telefono.

Questa compagnia è una fregatura, ho annullato la mia assicurazione sulla moto con loro a luglio e stanno ancora addebitando la mia carta di credito! Per rendere le cose davvero più "scansionabili", mi mandano un rimborso per due mesi, ma non smettono di addebitarmi la carta. Non consiglierei questa attività a chiunque desideri avere un fornitore di assicurazioni affidabile e tranquillità.
