Sono un cliente MEO. Sabato 16 agosto sono andato al V / store in Av. Saraiva de Carvalho per richiedere la risoluzione di un problema relativo al funzionamento di internet.

Posso solo esprimere il mio piacere per il modo in cui sono stato trattato.

È da tempo che non trovo un impiegato così efficiente, unito a disponibilità e cordialità inusuali, come ho riscontrato anche nei confronti di altri clienti serviti in attesa della risoluzione del problema.

Poiché ci lamentiamo quando il servizio non ci aspetta, esprimo sempre la mia opinione che sia vero il contrario, come nel caso qui.

Ho acquistato un Huawey Y5 2019 presso il negozio di olive Meo Somitel dell'ospedale. Dopo un anno (con il telefono con una garanzia di 2 anni), il telefono ha iniziato a sembrare brusco senza alcun tipo di uso improprio. La garanzia di Meo non voleva riparare il telefono né me ne ha dato uno nuovo. Vergogna. 2 anni di garanzia? Dove? Vergogna
