Il nostro terapeuta (uso sciolto della parola) Anu Sunkara è stato informato che la documentazione del trattamento era necessaria per motivi legali. Ha affermato che questo non sarebbe stato un problema.

Ad Anu veniva ricordata ogni settimana la necessità di documentazione e che la prossima data del tribunale si stava avvicinando rapidamente.

Le abbiamo inviato un'e-mail di follow-up identificando le informazioni necessarie, come richiesto. Invece della documentazione, veniamo informati telefonicamente che ha bisogno di due settimane; poi una scusa completamente diversa, la documentazione è stata inviata in precedenza per autorizzare la stesura della lettera; poi ancora un'altra scusa, prima di riattaccare bruscamente il telefono!

Dopo aver letto la biografia di Anu, non sono rimasto sorpreso di vedere che non ha una formazione giuridica per prendere questa decisione.

Se la persona amata o qualcuno fosse in difficoltà, vorresti che il loro terapeuta li incolpasse e poi riattaccasse bruscamente?

In breve, non consiglierei Anu Sunkara, né Group Therapy Associates.

Amo lavorare con Group Therapy Associates. Dall'assunzione, alla selezione dei terapisti, capire cosa era meglio per me e la pazienza dei terapisti mentre entravamo in un ritmo ... tutto fantastico. Sono ugualmente grato per la guida, la crescita e la flessibilità di programmazione. Consiglio vivamente questa pratica !!!
