Faccio parte della professione sanitaria da quasi 25 anni e ho lavorato in molte strutture diverse nel corso della mia carriera e adoro far parte di questo team sanitario. Non importa dove tu vada nel settore sanitario, sia come dipendente che per motivi familiari personali, ci sarà sempre la sfida di avere uno staff al completo. Ciò è dovuto alla carenza di personale sanitario e infermieri, ma anche con queste sfide, il team dell'amministrazione di Green Meadows fa di tutto per accogliere la nostra famiglia di assistenza sanitaria fino al punto di lavorare personalmente sul pavimento, a volte impiegando 16 ore al giorno.
A causa dell'atmosfera orientata alla famiglia che ho trovato come dipendente, io, insieme alla mia famiglia, ho scelto di collocare qui la nostra amata come residente.
Sono così grato e riconoscente a tutti i colleghi e al personale amministrativo per il cuore con cui toccano la mia vita, non solo professionalmente, ma personalmente prendersi cura dei miei familiari.

Green Meadows non è il posto dove portare i tuoi cari, sono sempre personale molto breve, aiutanti incompetenti e l'amministrazione non si preoccupa dei residenti e di chi assumono. I residenti vengono trascurati a causa della carenza e D.O.N. s non aiuteranno quando sono brevi e non sono professionali. Posto molto spiacevole.

Significativo altro è stato ricoverato per terapia fisica per 16 giorni, messo in quarantena in isolamento per 14 giorni In una stanza con bagno in comune .. Visto solo un fisioterapista / assistente 11 giorni. È stato autorizzato per la dimissione venerdì dal chirurgo ortopedico b / c non ci sono fisioterapisti nei fine settimana. L'infermiera non avrebbe chiamato il medico delle strutture per dimetterlo perché non era un'emergenza. Doveva avere strutture mediche ok per la dimissione o l'assicurazione non pagava il soggiorno. Il cibo era FREDDO. Quindi la crema fredda non si dissolverà nel caffè! Ho parlato con l'amministrazione, il signor Eddy, senza alcun seguito. Ho parlato con due dipendenti Valerie e Mary che non avevano la maschera nonostante il Covid 19. Neanche il trasportatore dell'ufficio del dottore indossava una maschera. A corto di personale. Per dipendente un infermiere, un assistente 25 pazienti in più giorni.
