Purtroppo questa società ha acquistato la proprietà che stavamo affittando. Hanno usato un "agente immobiliare" come intermediario. Quel ragazzo è un vero pezzo di lavoro. Telefonate moleste, urla, imprecazioni, invio di appaltatori alla proprietà dicendo loro che è "vacante" mentre viviamo ancora lì. La parte migliore è stata oggi, quando questo "agente" si è presentato a casa nostra, senza preavviso senza preavviso (una chiara violazione dell'atto del locatario del proprietario) per minacciarci di "demolire la casa" e "roba cattiva" se non siamo fuori subito, spaventando i nostri figli. Anche dopo che ci è stato chiesto di contattare solo il nostro agente immobiliare, e non aver avviato un processo di sfratto legale (simce legherà la proprietà per 3-6 mesi), sapendo che stiamo aspettando la chiusura della nostra casa per poterci spostare.
Assumere bulli per prendersi cura del "lavoro sporco" di intimidire le persone che vivono nelle proprietà che acquistano è una pratica ambigua. Stiamo perseguendo qualsiasi azione civile che possiamo contro di loro, ma sappi che utilizzano questo tipo di tattiche.
