Il posto in sé è carino ma scomodo in quanto ci sono 20 persone dietro ogni schermo e non offrono il loro aiuto.
Trovo oltraggioso che quando qualcuno ti chiama e ti chiede di parlare inglese, tu dici "No, non parlo inglese" e riattacchi il telefono. Questo non è un modo per parlare con un potenziale cliente, e ora capisco perché i tuoi consensi e un'altra azienda consigliano Lumaprint invece di te!
Se insisti per avere clienti, sii un minimo educato e sii competente!
Ho avuto 2 episodi imbarazzanti con GTE scoraggiare chiunque chieda di eseguire la stampa qui.
La prima volta che avrei voluto fare una piccola stampa che probabilmente non avrebbe richiesto molto tempo, tutti i file erano pronti, ma dopo aver fatto una domanda non ho più avuto risposta. Nessuna idea fino ad oggi perché. Dopo alcune e-mail di follow-up, ho rinunciato.
La seconda volta la scelta del centro stampa non è stata mia e GTE si è assunta l'incarico di stampare per noi un progetto scolastico. Purtroppo la stampa non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative, abbiamo pagato ca. 5 copie del nostro progetto che erano ca. 50 pagine, ma la prima volta che le abbiamo aperte la colla è salita sul retro. Questo è successo su tutte le copie e alcune pagine si sono sciolte. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di stamparne di nuovi a causa della scadenza, quindi dovevamo solo consegnare ciò che ci era stato dato. Ovviamente abbiamo contattato GTE con la nostra insoddisfazione, ma in gran parte ci è stato detto che "ottieni quello per cui paghi". Quindi in GTE, va bene vendere qualcosa che sai non funziona.
