Lo sporco piccolo segreto di Boulder County è che tutto lo spazio aperto non è stato creato uguale. A quanto pare, questo spazio aperto è stato acquistato da Boulder County, ma i diritti minerari NON lo erano! Di conseguenza, c'erano più servitù per gli sviluppi di petrolio e gas, incluso un enorme oleodotto fuori terra! Tim ci ha aiutato a scoprire questo problema e ci ha aiutato a rescindere il nostro contratto. Solo 6 mesi dopo, c'è un pozzo di gas naturale nuovo di zecca adiacente al dannato cortile !! Nessun altro agente immobiliare a Boulder esegue questo livello di diligenza. Per noi è stata una bella signorina. Il nostro acquisto è stato importante per noi, a oltre $ 5 milioni, ma eravamo completamente fiduciosi della nostra decisione perché Tim si è preso cura di noi per tutto il percorso. Ci sono centinaia di agenti immobiliari a Boulder e NESSUNO è nella stessa lega di Tim Goodacre. Non prenderei nemmeno in considerazione l'acquisto di una casa nella contea di Boulder senza Tim.
