Aspetto da giorni che GARP risponda alle mie numerose chiamate da quando ho pagato un corso che costava ca. $ 200 e non funziona e non riceve tutto il materiale del corso. Nessuno risponde alle mie chiamate o e-mail. Tutte le chiamate passano a un sistema di messaggistica dopo aver atteso per circa 10 minuti che qualcuno rispondesse.

Le risorse umane lavorano per l'azienda, non per te. Non fidarti mai di loro. Le politiche, o la loro mancanza, sono seguite ogni volta che ne beneficia. Non c'è spazio per la crescita/progresso in questa azienda perché il management si preoccupa solo di se stesso. e il reparto IT è di gran lunga il peggiore.

L'assistenza clienti in GARP non è per niente professionale!! Li ho contattati molte volte ma 1) NON rispondono ai telefoni, 2) NON rispondono alle e-mail, 3) NON si prendono cura di una richiesta. Non riesco a credere quanto sia basso il loro livello di professionalità.
