Mi sono trasferito negli appartamenti di Gill Groups il 15 giugno 2019. Ci è stato detto dal nostro responsabile della proprietà che i problemi materiali con l'appartamento sarebbero stati risolti nella settimana in cui ci siamo trasferiti. Quelli inclusi: finitura della vernice, sostituzione dei sedili del water rotti, riparazione tre ante dell'armadio che erano fuori dai cardini e macchie di shampoo dalla moquette. Ho anche segnalato un PESANTE problema di scarafaggi al gestore della proprietà, e spazzatura seduta fuori dall'unità vicina che stava attirando insetti. Nessuno dei quali è mai stato curato. Il 3 luglio 2019 ho segnalato una perdita d'acqua nel mio appartamento che stava completamente saturando il pavimento. Ci sono muffe/macchie su tutto il battiscopa e il pavimento ha un odore molto pungente. Ci sono voluti 6 giorni per uscire per "aggiustarlo", in cui hanno detto che era a corto di freon. Hanno anche notato che il tubo esterno del mio condizionatore d'aria non era isolato e, invece di ripararlo, hanno detto "questo è complicato" e l'hanno lasciato non isolato. Ho fermato ripetutamente i ragazzi della manutenzione fuori dalla mia unità e ho chiesto loro di guardare la perdita proveniente dall'interno dell'unità. La perdita non si è mai fermata, quindi l'ho nuovamente segnalato il 13/08/2019, in cui ci sono voluti altri 9 giorni per uscire sulla mia unità. Sempre il 24/08/2019, i ragazzi della manutenzione stavano lavorando sull'unità accanto alla mia. Apparentemente stavano scaricando lo scaldabagno e da esso facevano scorrere un tubo che portava all'esterno al tubo di scarico. Invece di drenare fuori, è drenato nella mia unità. Ho chiamato quella mattina e mi hanno lasciato seduto tutto il fine settimana con un trabocco d'acqua che si rovesciava sul tappeto. Nulla è stato risolto in modo permanente e le perdite sono continue. Ho un bambino di 3 anni che è scivolato e caduto dopo aver camminato in quest'acqua. Questo è completamente assurdo e il gestore della proprietà e le sue "soluzioni" sono oltremodo poco professionali. Voglio vivere in un ambiente sicuro in cui non mi preoccupo di scivolare o che mia figlia si faccia male a causa di una perdita. NON consiglierei MAI Gill a chiunque cerchi affitti.
