Servizio davvero pessimo in cui al cliente viene persino mentito in chat. Ho ordinato un laptop per mia madre domenica 15 dicembre e ho scelto la consegna prioritaria. È mercoledì 18.12 e il pacco (forse) verrà pubblicato oggi, anche se la pagina web ha sempre richiesto tempi di consegna di 2-3 giorni lavorativi. In nessun momento dell'ordine è stato affermato che la spedizione avrebbe richiesto solo circa 3 giorni lavorativi. Scam no. 1 Mar 17.12 Ho contattato tramite chat e un dipendente ha affermato che il pacco era in movimento e arriva il 19.12. Tuttavia, la mattina del 18 dicembre, ho ricevuto un'e-mail che mi informava che sarebbe stato pubblicato il 18 dicembre. Ho chiamato il servizio clienti e non sono davvero soddisfatto del servizio. Nessuna garanzia che il pacco sarebbe arrivato per Natale nella natura selvaggia di Kainuu, mi sono offerto di ottenere lo stesso sabato 21.12 da Kajaani Gigant, allo stesso prezzo, ovviamente, ma ovviamente non poteva (almeno lo stesso prezzo, o potrebbe essere conservato lì per più di 2 giorni). Inoltre, il client della chat ha mentito al sistema dicendo che mi avrebbe detto che il pacchetto sarebbe uscito il 19.12, anche se aveva detto che sarebbe arrivato il 19.12 (e posso provarlo). Come è generalmente possibile un tale "servizio"? Spero che Amazon si espanderà completamente in Finlandia e presto, perché nel mio paese di residenza lo uso e il servizio è gigantesco rispetto a un altro pianeta!

Prestazioni davvero scadenti per la cucina. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. In ritardo c'erano porte, livelli e elettrodomestici. I fissaggi a parete degli armadietti sono un po 'discutibili e l'essiccatoio pessimo. Servizio clienti scadente.

Buon posto per vedere i gadget ma scarsa gestione dei clienti.
