Questo posto è davvero disgustoso. Ho affittato qui al college e la mia esperienza è stata così fuori luogo inaccettabile che non ho parlato con i piani di citare in giudizio o contattare l'azienda una volta che i miei sentimenti si sono raffreddati. Sono passati anni e sono ancora arrabbiato.
Ho avuto una disputa con i coinquilini lì che si è intensificata in tutti noi che volevamo uscire. Alla fine, due coinquilini decisero di subaffittare, il che era contro il contratto di locazione, ma io ero d'accordo fintanto che riuscivo a incontrare la gente in anticipo. Quello che è successo veramente era illegale e offensivo. Un giorno torno a casa e due sconosciuti sono in casa. A quanto pare, hanno firmato un nuovo contratto di locazione, con il mio nome sopra, che ora erano i coinquilini. Ora, queste nuove persone erano brave persone, ma non andava bene che gli fosse stata data una chiave senza che io venissi informato. Alla fine ho scoperto che la manager Melissa, ha fatto apposta il contratto e non me l'ha detto nel caso avessi detto di no. Quando mi sono lamentato in ufficio, hanno riso di me e hanno detto "quale contratto?". Hanno la posizione di poter collocare nuovi coinquilini contro il consenso o la notifica di qualcuno che ha firmato un contratto di locazione. Hanno tenuto lì le nuove ragazze anche se mi sono rifiutato di firmare il nuovo contratto di locazione illegale. Spero sinceramente di avere un giorno l'opportunità di denunciarli per le loro azioni. Questa è un'attività disgustosa da signore dei bassifondi.
